A Finalized Design

After Abhishek implemented the Stewart platform the final design finally began to come together. He added the head at the top of the platform and used the base to lay out components and the jacks or servos in this case. Another phenomenal thing about the Stewart platform is that it also has a lot of empty space which allows for other components, like wires, to be installed.

As Abhishek put it, “It was the perfect combo of movement with minimal real estate usage.” Also, Peeqo is shaped like a cylinder because that’s how a Stewart platform looks, thus the robots shape. To cover up Peeqo’s exoskeleton, Abhishek created a flexible covering that made it easy to bend. So close to being finished!
