Princess Diana was, and still is one of the most beloved British Royals. Even after her death, Diana is considered one of the best humanitarians to have ever lived. The Princess was also a great mother to her two children, Prince Harry and Prince William.

Even though Meghan Markle is somewhat of an unorthodox choice for the Royal Family, Diana would have respected her charity work and that she loved her son. Harry even told the BBC that his mum “would be over the moon, jumping up and down, so excited for me” over news of the engagement. Diana proved that no matter what family you born into or how much money you had, everyone can be a Princess or a royal if they choose to act like it.
