A “Supposed” Discovery

In 2011, while scuba diving in the Black Sea for recreation, Putin supposedly discovered Greek vases that dated all the way back to 6th Century BCE. However, just two months later, it was discovered that the vases had already been discovered for some time and that the archeologists were paid to put the vases where they were so Putin would think that he found them. The archeologist that planted them admitted that it was not an uncommon thing for some to do in order to allow someone to feel the experience of a discovery.
