He “Stole” Robert Kraft’s Super Bowl Ring

back in 2005, owner of the United States football team the Patriots met with Putin when the most peculiar thing happened. As it turns out Putin stole his $25,000 Super Bowl ring after Kraft showed it to him. Although Kraft told the press for years that he had given the ring to him, in reality, Putin took it without asking. Kraft stated that he handed Putin the ring, and after a brief conversation about how Putin could kill someone with the ring, he put it in his pocket, and three KGB gaurds surrounded him and they all walked out. So, instead of causing a scene, he let Putin have the ring after he was insisted by the White House to do so.
