Once again, Putin proved to the world that he is no ordinary leader when he stepped onto the ice in May of 2017 to display his rather good hockey skills. At 64 years old, he played in a gala ice hockey match in Sochi and even scored six goals in the exhibition game or the Night Hockey League. Moments before the game, in an interview, he continued to deny the allegations against him and the US presidential election, with most of his focus on the game at hand. Although once again, a rather unusual sport for a leader to play while still in office, it isn’t for Putin.
