From Chuck To Scarecrow And Mrs. King

You probably remember Roy Stuart in his infamous role as Corporal Charles “Chuck” Boyle on the Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C. show. When he finally left the TV series, the New York City native made appearances on Sanford and Son, Scarecrow and Mrs. King, and The Golden Girls. On December 25, 2005, Stuart died from cancer at the age of 78.
