During World War II, Peter Hansen served as an aviator in the United States Marine Corps. Then, when he got out, he started his acting career, with prominent roles on Gomer Pyle, USMC, General Hospital, and How the West Was Won. His last role was in the 2004 short film One of the Oldest Con Games. He retired from acting that same year.
