Whatever Happened to Baby Astrid?

Jan Levenson’s disastrous relationship with Michael Scott may have resulted in baby Astrid, but we’re never quite sure. Michael realizes Jan is pregnant in the episode “Goodbye, Toby” and she often uses her pregnancy as an excuse of Michael to do everything. However, she says the baby was conceived with an unknown sperm donor.

Astrid appears just a few times in the show. In season 5 she is sung to sleep by Jan while riding around in a $1200 stroller. In season 7, she returns as a toddler. In season 9, Astrid is mentioned a final time when Pam visits Jan’s office, sees a picture of her, and asks how she’s doing.
