While the star has several properties, including an apartment in Nashville, a $40,000-a-month NYC townhouse, and a $17 million mansion in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, we’ll take a closer look at her mansion in the desirable, star-studded neighborhood of Beverly Hills.

The classic, country style mansion was built in the 1930’s and was previously owned by Hollywood producer Samuel Goldwyn. While working to restore the mansion, Swift filed to make it a historical landmark, which the Heritage Commission approved. The historical home covers 11,000 square feet with four bedrooms and a guest suite. The property also includes a swimming pool, cabana, and tennis court.
