Sandra Bullock's Comes Face-to-Face With Her Stalker
Sandra Bullock is a famous actress who is renown for her ability to perform in a variety of different roles. Not necessarily surprising, Bullock had the misfortune of attracting a stalker. The stalker broke into her home during the summer of 2014, hoping to have an encounter with Bullock.
Bullock was asleep at the time, and after being awakened by a loud noise, opened her bedroom door to see the man in her hallway. She called the police and was unharmed. The stalker was soon caught and charged with stalking, burglary, and possession of a machine gun.
"Bling Ring" Can't Get Enough of Paris
Kim Kardashian's former BFF, Paris Hilton, has her own terrifying robbery story to share. She was one of the victims in the now famous "Bling Ring" crime spree, where a group of eight convicted thieves burgled celebrity homes in 2008-2009. She was the victim of over five break-ins by the "Bling Ring" crew and had over $2 million worth of jewelry and clothing stolen from her home.
Thanks to a key placed under a doormat, the thieves had easy access to the star's house and even contemplated stealing her beloved Chihuahua, Tinkerbell. Why they would want the dog remains unanswered.
Kourtney Kardashian's Not So Safe Community
Another famous Kardashian, Kourtney, Kim's sister, experienced robbery at her home. Kourtney's townhouse was broken into, in a gated community located in the otherwise secure town of Calabasas. Kourtney was heartbroken to find that some priceless items such as a note and jewelry gifted to her by her Dad were gone.
The burglar also made away with valuable items such as watches and jewelry, worth around $108,000. It is also noted that burglars knew exactly what they were looking for, as what they stole seemed almost tactical.
LL Cool J Fends Off Invader
LL Cool J may be one of the only celebrities to get robbed - and fight back. During a break-in at Cool J's Los Angeles home, which occurred around 2:00 am, the artist punched the burglar square in the face and broke his nose. After hitting the man, Cool J held him until the police came.
The man, who turned out to be homeless, was later hospitalized for his injuries and faces harsh legal consequences. Cool J's reaction was also ironic considering that he plays a Special Agent and a former Navy Deal on the CBS crime series NCIS: Los Angeles.
Kim Kardashian's Hotel Horror
Poor Kim. Even for people who aren't fans of the reality and fashion superstar, the news of her terrifying robbery in Paris was shocking. In October 2016, Kim was held at gunpoint while masked men originally dressed as police stole millions of dollars of jewelry from her hotel room.
She reportedly begged for her life before being silenced with duct tape, bound, and put in her bathtub. The star is reportedly OK, although shaken. She has since taken a huge step back from her normal activity on social media.
Audrina Patridge Seeks Revenge
Another LA resident, The Hills star Audrina Patridge, was another victim of the "Bling Ring" robberies. February 2009, the same night as the Academy Awards, her house was broken into. Partridge had around $43,000 worth of jewelry, clothing, and even her passport stolen from her.
Partridge was only robbed once and luckily, had her security cameras on. She posted a recording of two of the robbers entering her property in an attempt to identify them and bring them to justice.
Alex Trebek's Hotel Room Encounter
While Alex Trebek wasn't burglarized at home, he did happen upon an intruder in a San Francisco hotel room he was staying in. Trebek, known for his time hosting the long-running show Jeopardy, was in town for the National Geographic World Championship.
He awoke to find a woman stealing his cash and a bracelet his mother had given him. Trebek then chased her out of the room and down the hall. Unfortunately, he injured himself in the pursuit by snapping his Achilles tendon, but the woman was later apprehended by police.
Rachel Bilson's Home Boutique
Rachel Bilson, another victim of the "Bling Ring" robberies, was perhaps shaken the most of the celebrities affected by the organized crime. Bilson was robbed up to six times, five of them being within the first two weeks on June in 2009, getting away with $130,000 and $300,000 worth of items stolen.
The ringleader of the group, Rachel Lee, even used Bilson's bathroom on one of the occasions. On top of that, the group was described as having "gone shopping" at her house; trying on her clothes, makeup, and picking out items that they were going to steal the next time around.
Kate Moss' Open Art Gallery
When her home in London was burglarized in Spring 2010, model Kate Moss was fortunate that hthe robbers skipped her closet. However, she still suffered a loss of nearly $140,000 when a custom Banksy portrait of Moss was stolen, as well as some other pieces.
While Moss, her mother, and her boyfriend were all home at the time of the robbery, they slept through the whole thing. An experience like that is sure to make anyone more cautious when they are getting ready to lock up for the night.

The Material Girl has been the victim of multiple robberies over the years. When she was first starting out in New York, Madonna's apartment was robbed a total of three times, although she said she didn't have anything of value.
However, they did take her radio. After she became famous and gained her celebrity status, Madonna had frequent intruders in her Hollywood home, with one robber even making his way out by driving her car away. Luckily for Madonna, she'd still be equally as rich no matter what any robber managed to steal from her.
Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox Need a New Doggy Door
Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox were included in the group of celebrities affected by the "Bling Ring" robberies but didn't realize the theft until a few weeks later. Green, who was in the process of selling his house, went looking for a watch he typically wore and found it was missing.
He also realized that a handgun of his was missing, and concludes that the thieves got in using his oversized doggy door. Although losing his watch to the hands of that crew was unfortunate, it's very concerning that at one point they had their hands on a gun as well.
Kanye West's Open House
When Kanye West put his $4 million house on the market, it didn't just attract prospective buyers. Yes, even before his wife was robbed, West was the victim of a home robbery. After seeing his valuables on display within the photos in his real estate listing, thieves broke in when Kanye was overseas in England performing.
However, after an investigation of the home by the police, it was said that there was nothing obvious taken from the home such as TVs or furniture, yet they did manage to get away with some items.
Steve Jobs' Robbed After Death
Steve Jobs experienced a robbery posthumously when a man broke into his home and stole around $70,000 of Apple technology. The house was under renovation at the time, making it easy for the man to get access to the home.
In addition to the iPods, iPhones, and iPads the man stole, he also took Jobs' driver's license. Pretty low to steal the property of a deceased man as well as his driver's license. Chris Brown was the victim of a highly-targeted burglary. Similar to Kardashian's burglary, Brown's burglars knew exactly what they were looking for: the artist had recently made an appearance with a pay of $50,000 in cash.
The men broke into his home seeking the money and even resorted to locking Brown's poor Aunt, who was at home, in the closet during the burglary. The home invasion is assumed to have been the doing of a club promoter who saw the cash transaction, as well as some of Brown's close friends, and potentially even the notorious gang the Bloods.

Miley Cyrus has been the target of not just one, not two, but three burglaries between 2013 and 2015, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in stolen items. Lohan revealed in a deposition that one of the burglars, Nick Prudo, was within proximity of her at a club one night before he was arrested. The gang probably assumed that Lohan would be an easy target with all of the media discussing her partying habits and lack of responsibility at the time.

Pamela Anderson's robbery was unique in the sense that it lasted over the course of a few days. Anderson, who was in and out of her house due to her hectic schedule, realized that someone had been squatting in her home. The intruder was easy to miss, as Anderson had a large home with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.
She finally made the connection when she noticed food missing from her kitchen. If I were Pamela, I would get a smaller house as soon as possible if someone can live in her current one secretly for days at a time.

The man that broke into Halle Berry's home wasn't just looking for some nice watches and clothes. Berry was the victim of constant stalking, with the same man attempting to break into her home several times. The man revisited the property over and over in hopes of gaining access to the star's home.
He was finally arrested.The obsessed fan, age 27, was sentenced to 386 days in jail, five years probation, and a year of mandatory psychological counseling. If that was his idea of how to get a girl's attention, he's going about it all wrong.
Jennifer Lopez's #1 Fan
In 2013, a stalker was discovered living in the pool house of Jennifer Lopez's $100 million Hampton's property. The retired fireman stayed there undetected for a total of six days from August 3, to August 9. The man told security, when discovered, that he was Lopez's ex-husband and the father of her children.
During his stay, he posted photos to Facebook and carved their initials into one of her trees. Thankfully, Lopez was not there during the man's unwelcomed stay, and the neighbors assumed that he knew her, and didn't think much of it. Lopez had come into contact with the intruder before and had already had a restraining order against him.
Selena Gomez's Uninvited Guests
Recently, the young singer and actress Selena Gomez was the victim of a door-slamming potential home robbery. When someone knocked on the front door of her Calabasas home, a friend of Gomez's answered, but shut the door when an unfamiliar man requested to see Selena.
This isn't the first time trespassers have found their way onto Selena's property, as two other similar incidents have occurred with different intruders. It's time for Selina to get a security camera so she can see who's at the door next time.
Kirsten Who?
In 2007, actress Kirsten Dunst’s came back to her penthouse suite after a shoot only to discover it had been broken into during her stay at a Manhattan hotel. She lost items totaling nearly $15,000 including a purse, some tech gear, and her credit cards.
The two burglar accessed the penthouse via freight elevator and was seen on surveillance cameras, leading to their arrest. In court, the two robbers put up a pathetic defense, claiming they didn't even know who Dunst was, and that one of them didn't even know the robbery was occurring.
Kelly McGillis Meets the Mother of the Year
Not all thieves are looking to steal material items, some of them are just straight up crazy and scary. Top Gun actress Kelly McGillis had a much different, and much more terrifying, experience when an unbalanced fan broke into her North Carolina home in the summer of 2016.
The woman screamed at McGillis and attacked her, leading to McGillis getting a concealed carry gun permit after the incident. According to McGillis, the woman also brought her young daughter along to the home invasion. Mother of the year.
Susan Sarandon Needs a Higher Terrace
Susan Sarandon's Manhattan apartment was burglarized in the summer of 2014. It was her son, Miles, who discovered the burglary after returning to the property and finding missing jewelry and technology.
It's believed that the burglar made their way in through the terrace, from a ladder propped against a different building. Sarandon was out of town during the robbery. Makes you wonder is the burglar brought their own ladder, or just assumed Sarandon had one at his convenience?
Sean "Diddy" Combs Intruder Puts His Feet Up
Perhaps the burglar was trying to channel their inner Sean "Diddy" Combs, or at least, that's how a 2012 intruder of the rapper's mansion in The Hamptons made it seem. The intruder broke into the home, and ironically, made himself feel at home, wearing Combs' clothing, drinking his liquor, and eating his food.
He even convinced the police he was a family member who accidentally triggered an alarm. Hard to blame the man, surely Combs has some good food, nice clothes, and even nicer liquor.
Britney Spears Japanese Lover
A Japanese man named Masahiko Shizawa began sending Britney Spears love letters and pictures of him from Japan. Not long after, he moved from Japan in order to attempt to meet Britney and start a relationship with her. However, Britney filed a restraining order, yet the man kept stalking around her two houses and even her parents home.
He then attempted to sue Britney after he was confronted by her two bodyguards outside of her house. He claimed that he suffered extreme emotional stress from the experience but nobody cared to listen or believe him.
50 Cent Lucky Home Intruders
50 Cent was the victim of a break-in when two men entered his home in the winter of 2010. The burglars broke in after jumping a fence, then gaining entry with through unlocked back door. They didn't take anything but instead chose to sit and drink 50's wine until the police came. They were lucky that 50 Cent wasn't home.
I'm sure if he found them in his house drinking his wine, the end of the story would be a lot different. Considering 50 Cents past, and that he's been shot 9 times, there's no reason why he wouldn't enjoy teaching those two not to break into his home.

Nicolas Cage has one of the most unique, yet terrifying of celebrity robberies. The actor woke up one night in his bedroom, only to realize there was a man at the foot of his bed. He was nude, clad in Cage's favorite leather jacket. The strangest part was the Fudgesicle he was eating. Cage talked him into leaving the house and called the police.
To be completely honest, this sort of thing would only happen to Nicholas Cage, because only Nicholas Cage fans are that insane. Chances are the intruder was looking for the Declaration of Independence.
Rod Stewart Assists a Theif at Gunpoint
Back in the 1980's Rod Stewart was shopping on Sunset Boulevard when he was approached by a man who pointed a gun at him and told him to give him the keys to his Porsche. Stewart was with his young daughter and immediately surrendered the keys. As he was walking away, the thief made Stewart come back and show him how to start the car.
As if that wasn't enough, Stewart was also robbed of his Dodge Viper in 1995 when his gardener took off with the vehicle while Rod was on tour. The man was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
Julianne Moore's Historical Break-In
Julianne Moore was robbed multiple times during the summer of 2012, with the robbers getting away with $127,000 worth of Cartier jewelry. A total of 10 pieces of jewelry were taken between the days of June 6, and August 12, in 2012.
Her Manhattan brownstone apartment was under construction at the time, making it easy for people to come and go in the historically safe area without being noticed. Everyone in the neighborhood was surprised, as apparently that specific area is very safe and there are hardly ever any incidents such as Moore's break-ins.
Willem Dafoe Gets Robbed By Professional Climbers
Willem Dafoe's home in Rome, Italy was robbed in the spring of 2011. The thieves went to extremes to accomplish their robbery. Using mountain climbing gear, the group scaled the building up to Dafoe's penthouse.
The neighbors were alerted when the alarm went off and they saw the thieves lowering themselves down from the building with tactical ease. The group made off with some of Dafoe's antiques before cops arrived.
Keri Russell and Her Neighbors Bad Luck
In 2013, Keri Russell was robbed while she was sleeping at home. The actress woke up early in the morning to the sound of strange men's voices in her Brooklyn brownstone apartment. The intruders took a laptop, earrings, and a purse around 3 am.
After Russell called and notified the police, the intruders had left and been onto another house. Her 70-year-old neighbor also woke up to intruders in her home who the police caught. The two were also in possession of some of Russel's stolen possessions which they brought back to her.
Buckingham Palace Needs Better Security
In the 1980's, Buckingham Palace was broken into by a man named Michael Fagan, twice. The first time, he shimmied up a drain pipe startling a housemaid who called security. He escaped and re-entered through an open window. Both times, he gave himself a royal treatment; drinking wine, dining on appetizers, and even sat on Queen Elizabeth's throne.
On the second attempt, he broke into the Queens bedroom in which he was arrested. He was charged with theft, yet the charges were dropped when he was committed for psychiatric evaluation. This was considered to be one of the worst royal security breaches of the 20th Century.
Jon Bon Jovi Looses Some Bling
During the spring of 2011, Bon Jovi was one of the several targets of housing robberies in New Jersey. The burglar stole $300,000 worth of items from three houses, including Bon Jovi's $22 million estate.
It is estimated that Bon Jovi had around $100,000 of jewelry stolen from his house and that his security cameras were no match for the burglar. The thief mostly jewelry from the various homes before getting caught in the act. The man, who was just 22 years old, accepted a plea deal for five years in jail.
Matthew McConaughey Gets Robbed Right Under His Nose
Matthew McConaughey was not only the victim of a wicked hangover during his trip to Nicaragua but of a robbery in his hotel room. A very intoxicated McConaughey was escorted back to his hotel by fellow vacationers from a bar in San Juan Del Sur. Those who helped him back ended up leaving the front door unlocked.
Someone entered and stole a couple of thousand dollars in cash and the actor's cell phone. McConaughey should thankful that's all they took for him considering how much he's actually worth and didn't decide to just kidnap him.
Kris Jenner's Imposter Decorator
And yet another Kardashian robbery, this time it was Kris, the victim of a home break-in during the 2015 holiday season. The overly-obsessed fan entered the family home while Jenner was working with her team to hang up Christmas decor. He had dressed the part and looked like he was part of the decorating crew.
However, once Jenner discovered he was an imposter, she immediately alerted authorities, who came and apprehended the intruder. Jenner fired her entire security team after the ordeal. Apparently, the man had taken a bus all the way from Texas to the Jenner's sunny home in Calabasas California.
Kevin Hart Laughs it Off
Kevin Hart experienced a home robbery during summer of 2016, which resulted in a $500,000 loss in jewelry, designer clothing, watches, and other personal items. The actor was across the country, in Miami at the time, when someone broke into his West Valley, California mansion.
The police were uncertain of how the intruder gained access to the home in his high-security neighborhood. This led investigators to believe that it was an inside job. Although Hart lost $500,000, he didn't take it very hard and even posted a joke on social media. He says all he cares about is the safety and well-being of his family.
Blac Chyna Can't Get a Break
Rob Kardashian and his now ex-wife, Blac Chyna, were the victims of a home robbery that was believed to be an inside job. Police found that Chyna's safe was opened, with over $200,000 worth of jewelry and cash taken from the home, which Rob occasionally stays at.
The robbery has been linked to similar robberies at the homes of comedian Kevin Hart and rapper Chris Brown. Looks like someone that's made some celebrity friends has been getting away with some serious celebrity robberies. But also, who gives their safe combination away to someone?.
Hillary Duff's Faulty Alarm System
On July 19, 2017, Hillary Duff's home was robbed while she was on vacation in Canada with her young son. It is unknown if the robbery was done by a group or a single individual.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars were stolen from Duff and her home alarm system never went off. She notes that now she has a significant security staff to prevent something like this from ever happening again. Once again, much like Hart, she's just thankful her family and pets are alright.
David Spade Losses His Whole Safe!
Between the days of May 27, and June 2, 2017, David Spade's Beverly Hills home was robbed. It has been concluded that the robbers broke in and took nothing but the safe. However, the safe was full of cash, jewelry, and an incredibly sentimental personal item, his mother's wedding band.
All said and done, the robbers got away with around $80,000 worth of possessions. Although Spade was able to shrug off his misfortune and joke about it, he was very disheartened about the loss of his mother's wedding ring.
A$AP Rocky Got Jacked
On May 17, 2017, three men broke into his home, one of them was armed. Luckily, Rocky wasn't home, however, a female relative was confronted by the group of men. They tried to steal his entire safe but ended up just taking jewelry, leaving his family member unharmed.
In total, Rocky lost around $1.5 million of jewelry and some other valuables. Sources believe that this was not a random hit, but that A$AP was a target. Yet, there has been no major leads or arrests for any potential suspects involved in the armed robbery.
Dina Manzo and Boyfriend David Cantin Violently Beaten and Robbed
On May 13, 2017, The Real Housewives of New Jersey Star Dina Manzo's house was broken into. Manzo and her boyfriend David Cantin found two individuals in their home. The assailants proceeded to rush the couple and violently beat them.
Cantin was hit several times with a baseball bat, and Manzo was repeatedly punched in the face. The two were then tied up as the robbers took cash and jewelry. After the robbers had left, they managed to free themselves and call 911. The two were taken to the hospital and are OK but still shaken from the incident.
Somebody Does Not Like Nicki Minaj
In January 2017, Hip-Hop star Nicki Minaj's Los Angeles mansion was broken into and trashed. Thankfully, Minaj was out of town at the time. After destroying the house, it is estimated that the perpetrators took over $200,000 worth of Minaj's jewelry. From the evidence, it is assumed that the break-in was personal due to the excessive damage to the inside of the house.
The furniture was flipped over, her clothes were cut up, and pictures were destroyed. Some believe that her ex Meek Mill had something to do with the break-in but others figure he's smarter than that.
Derek Fisher Loses His Hard-Earned Rings
Back in January 2017, former professional basketball player for the Lakers, Derek Fisher, experienced an invasion in his Los Angeles home. Although the house was burglarized for cash, jewelry, and other items at a total loss of $300,000, not all of the theft was of monetary value.
On top of losing $300,000, he had his five NBA championship rings stolen during the heist. Obviously, Fisher took this hard, considering that the rings are essentially meaningless to anyone else because they can't really be sold without them getting caught. There have been no leads or arrests yet.
Superstar Dog Trainer Takes a Hit
Dog training legend Caesar Milan was a victim of a home robbery in one of his homes located in Los Angeles in January. At the time, Milan was in Asia during the break-in yet, his security tapes managed to catch the whole robbery, hopefully leading to some arrests.
All in all, the thieves got off with hundreds of thousands of dollars in jewelry. Thankfully they didn't take any of his highly-trained dogs because he doesn't keep any of them on that specific property he owns.
Another Jenner Victim
In March 2017, Kendall Jenner's home was robbed while she was hosting a party. It is estimated that $200,000 worth of jewelry was snatched. Kendall even hired a CSI investigator to help find out who the perpetrator was. Currently, there were no suspects to be identified.
However, the police are very confident that it was an inside job performed by somebody that was at the part on that day. Although it is unfortunate, it was only a matter of time until Kendall was hit by burglar too, just like her mother.

Shameless star Emmy Rossum's Los Angeles home was burglarized at the end of March 2017. It is reported that the thief or thieves got away with $150,000 in jewelry and other possessions taken from the safe in her house.
It was noted that the combination for the safe was hidden in the house, so those that broke in had to hunt and find the combination. Her presence on Instagram, as well as other celebrities, makes it easy for potential burglars to know when they are away from home or on vacation.
Nick Young Has Terrible Luck
Professional basketball player Nick Young was the victim of two home invasions over the course of 2017. After the first incident, he buffed up on security, as well as began to put his important and expensive items in a safe, thinking that would stop any further robberies.
