Laird Keeps A Close Eye On His Diet, And Everyone Is Dying To Know His Secret

At 54 years old, Laird is as fit and chiseled as ever. And plenty of men want to know the secret to his diet. The waterman says his diet consists of foods for energy and muscle recovery. He fuels up with strong coffee, turmeric juice, and apple cider vinegar, and eats eggs, quinoa and almond butter for muscle recovery.

He prefers to eat fish, vegetables, and salad for lunch, and a heartier dinner, often times beef and vegetable stew. He avoids alcohol and fruit, which can add too much sugar to a diet.
